2. Examination time: 180 minutes

2、 Examination contents and requirements

This course mainly investigates students' mastery of basic concepts, theories and methods of mechanical manufacturing engineering. Students are required to master the basic concepts and analysis methods of mechanical manufacturing engineering.

1. Master the basic knowledge and theory of metal cutting. Focus on the following aspects: cutting motion, cutting parameters, tool angle, tool material, cutting deformation, cutting force, cutting heat, tool wear, machinability of workpiece material and cutting fluid.

2. Understand the classification and model establishment of machine tools, and master the process scope, transmission system and corresponding tools of common machine tools. Focus on CA6140 lathe transmission system analysis, common tool structure and classification and milling methods.

3. Master the basic concept and common fixture of machine tool fixture, focus on the fixture composition, six point positioning principle, positioning element and its limited degree of freedom, positioning analysis and positioning error calculation.

4. Understand the basic knowledge of machined surface quality. Understand the influence of machining surface quality on the performance of machine parts, the process factors affecting the surface roughness and the improvement measures, and the process factors and improvement measures affecting the mechanical and physical properties of surface metal. Understand the vibration during machining.

5. Understand the concept of machining accuracy, the influence of geometric accuracy of process system on machining accuracy, the influence of mechanical deformation of process system on machining accuracy, and the influence of thermal deformation of process system on machining accuracy. Understand the statistical analysis method of machining error.

6. Understand the basic concept of machining process planning design, understand the benchmark concept and its selection, master the typical process route, the determination of machining allowance and process size, and the establishment and solution method of process dimension chain.
